Hi,
I have the latest version of mail enable installed and running on my server however it would seem that the index file for my inbox has issues.
If I log in via web mail and delete all my junk files. then log out. then log into my server and delete the index and folder files from the inbox folder. then log back into web mail all is well.
But i have to do it this way. If i use my 3rd party email client to delete emails they just stay there, often doubling up each time i delete so i can end up with 10 or more of the same mail.
Any ideas?
I have checked the IME_ADmin has full control of parent and child folders
Thanks in advance
Ian

Hi,
What email client are using to connect to download and delete mail from your MailEnable account? And what protocol did you specify in your email client account settings? I.e IMAP or POP? What exact version are you running of Standard edition (10.18?)?
