Message Delivery Failure

Post by erick.abreu.gomes » Sun Jul 21, 2019 8:51 pm

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with delivering the emails to some companies.

Apparently the server is properly configured, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

In the site test, I get the note 10/10.

The server's DNS's are configured as follows:

Code: Select all A 111,111,111,111 MX (10) TXT v = spf1 + a + mx ip4: include: -all PTR A 111,111,111,111 MX (10) TXT v = spf1 + a + mx + ip4: -all A 111,111,111,111 MX (10)
TXT v = spf1 + a + mx + ip4: 111.111.111 / 32 -all
In the properties SMTP of mailenable is configured this way:

Code: Select all

Local domain name:
Default mail domain:

In Settings Port:
SMTP service listens on port: 25 (Always allow authentication)

Submission Port:
[X] Listen on the alternate port: 587 (Always allow authentication)
[X] Requires SSL
[X] Requires connections to authenticate before sending email

Additional Ports
465 - [X] SSL - [X] Auth - Only Secure (SSL / TLS)
Error message:

Code: Select all

MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient (s) could not be reached:
Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 450 4.7.1 - Recipient address rejected: Too many complaints from domain, please review your policies.

Recommendations: RFC 1912, RFC 974, RFC 4408, RFC 2821, RFC 2822, and RFC 4871.
Does anyone have a suggestion for the problem?
