How To Install SSL in MailEnable Standard Edition (prefer letsencrypt)

Post by aloksharma2k27 »

Hello All,

I am using mailenable standard 10.25 on our windows 2016 server, everything works fine but when we send any message to other people from our domain , we get a red flag (e.g. in google mydomain.com did not encrypt this message Learn more). So i guess this is an issue related with ssl installation.
We have wildcard letsencrypt installed on server and its working fine for domains in browser.
now i tried following the instruction doc, here http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020678
but i cant understand a thing from it. can someone help with a better tutroial like instruction in steps about what i have to do in here.

my server setup is following :
windows server 2016
mailenable std 10.25
solidCP as control panel
letsencrypt using win-acme.v2.0.8.356 utiltiy (link https://github.com/PKISharp/win-acme/releases)

awaiting your reply

Automate Certificate Renewal: Let's Encrypt certificates expire every 90 days. To automate the renewal process, you can create a scheduled task that runs the Certbot renewal command.
Firewall Considerations: Ensure that your firewall allows traffic on the SSL ports you configured in MailEnable.
