Hello,

Re: report as spam
I use 'Mark the sender IP as spam source'. So how do I set a custom filter? I do not see a Criteria for Blacklisted IP addresses in the Global Filter.
And can I set this at a Postoffice or Mailbox level?

Hi,
https://www.mailenable.com/documentation/10.0/Enterprise/IP%20Blocking.html
You can only set global filters at the postoffice or mailbox level in Enterprise editions.
There is no filter criteria that associates to the "Mark sender IP as spam". This option is used so that an IP's that have been reported by user sin web mail are blocked by the SMTP service. Re: report as spam
I have Enterprise version.
I saw that article, but I still do not know how to block IP's that are flagged by 'Report as Spam' in Webmail via Postoffice or Mailbox.
So does the block only occur for the user who reported it?

Re: report as spam
Hi,
The reported IP addresses are used by the option "Refuse e-mail from IP addresses reported as sending spam" under the same settings tab. It will be blocked at the SMTP level. It is an SMTP security option and not a global message filter.

Re: report as spam
Ok. Then I assume if anyone reports an email as spam the IP is blocked to all users
Is there a way to do IP blocking for a list of IP addresses, such as in the Spam folder, for a Mailbox?
