MailEnable error

MailEnable error

Hi guys!

I've been using mailEnable as my Mail Server for for my call center agents quite some time now.
Unfortunately I received this email from my server.


MailEnable: Message delivery has been delayed.
Email is waiting at home for delivery to (call center agent gmail)
Reason: Mail server for gmail could not accept your email at this moment


Why did this happen now? any admins here?

Hi,

There can be many reasons why a remote mail server can delay your messages. Normally the bounce messages returned to the sender contain the reason for the delay (which it does state the reason in your bounce message). As to why they delayed the message we don't know. You would need to contact the admins of the remote mail server. In this case Gmail support.
