Access control to accepting incoming email requests

Post by niks2904 »

I have added the list of IP's that we want to allow as incoming relay for mailenable standard edition. Its all working fine as per the expected requirement. The challenge is that in case of multiple IP's mailenable does not allow CIDR values to be added, like /29 /28. Yes there is a feature to add wild characters like * but those are good only in case of /23 or /24 CIDR range. in case of smaller subnets its not viable.

Where are these values stored in case we want to enter them in bulk ? are they stored in some flat file or in some registry key ? Or is there any developer API available to achieve this ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Niks

Me too, I would like to know if there is a syntax or registry tweaks allowing such CIDR range
