Mistakenly clicked on Spam Email button and all of my emails are gone!

I mistakenly clicked on the Spam Email button, and all of my emails are gone!

Is there any way to bring them back?

It really depends on the option you have enabled under the Report as Spam for webmail. By default they go to:

Mail Enable\Spam

But check the "Spam" option under the Webmail settings in the admin program to see what option you have configured.
