Whitelist certain email addresses or domain names?

Post by AngryWarrior »

Hi.
We have an issue with that MailEnable standard edition marks important emails like for example customer payments from Paypal and such as spam so our accounting department do not get them. Adding them back to the inbox folder in the webmail doesn't help. We also attempted to add these specific email addresses as "contacts" in the webmail to test if that could solve our issue but it hasn't. There is several different email that we have to login to almost on a daily basis to move important emails back from the spam folder to the inbox to get them delivered so its bit annoying and time consuming of course.

Is there a way we could directly in MailEnable whitelist either specific email addresses or even @domain-exmaple.com's?

Thanks in advance.

It seems that the server double posted the same topic twice?
When I submitted the forum post of this issue it did generate a 500 internal error. So it seems the forum has some issue when submitting a forum post. Hence the double post. Just FIY,
