Unable to receive emails after certificate renewal

Hi,

I used Mailenable for over 6 months now and using WACS to create certificates for both my emails and website. after old certificate expired, I used WACS to renew both certificates, website worked perfectly however I got expired certificate error in outlook desktop ( need to accept to receive emails) and all mobile versions was unable to send/receive any new email. checked IIS and noted that both old certificate and new one related to mailenable are existed, even though I selected new one manually, still same issue. tried to delete old certificate from IIS and reselect new one how ever right after getting this error in outlook:
Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method


I did not change any settings mailenable and IIS. webmail is completely accessible and working.

I attached mailenable configs , IIS Cert List, Outlook configs (which was working before) and WACS certificate creation report.

looking forward for any kind advice.

You need to select the certificate in the administration program, under the localhost SSL settings:

https://www.mailenable.com/documentation/10.0/Standard/Localhost_-_Secure_Sockets_Layer_(SSL)_encryption.html

You also need to add the certificate to the servers Personal certificate store, the services (apart from those running from IIS) do not read from the Web Hosting store.

I did both but I found out that there is an issue with WACS certificate. I will contact them to address the issue.
