Configure more than one domain

Hi,
I have a VPS (Windows Server) with 3 domains and I'd like to config MailEnable for these 3 domains.. I configured for one domain and works fine, but when I configure for a new postOffice and New domain inside of new postOffice, when I access the url, I can't access my new mailbox.
Someone can help me? I'm starting now with mail servers.

So you can log into mailboxes in the first postoffice but not the others? Are you using the full username for the mailbox? The username is formatted as mailbox@postoffice. So likely you need to add @postoffice to the username.
