Need help cannot connect to mailbox from Microsoft Outlook

Hello

I have set up the standard version of mail enable but for some unknown reason I cannot connect to the mailbox through Microsoft Outlook. It just keeps prompting me for my username and password .

I have gone over checking those and everything seems to be ok I truly have no idea what is going wrong. Any assistance will be truly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you configured your client authentication credentials correctly? You should firstly ensure that you are using the correct credentials when you authenticate against MailEnable. MailEnable services require that credentials be in the following format MailboxName@PostofficeName.
