Disabling Catchall
After trying everything imaginable to disable the catchalls (and noting that the sys-admin has no response or solution), I must conclude there is a bug in the system that prevents users from disabling the catchall and that there is no solution, fix or work-around.

Hi,
We are unaware of any bugs that relate to disabling catch-alls, can you please provide more detail on the problem you are experiencing. You may want to manually remove the catch-all address in the address_map.tab file. Navigate to c:\program files\mailenable\Config directory and locate the address_map.tab file. The catch-all address will look simlar to the example:
[SMTP:*@domainname] [SF:postofficename/mailboxname]
Try and manually delete the line.
regards,
