SMTP Servce Stops Automatically

Hi

I have been using ME Standard 1.8 on a WinNT Box. It has been working fine since quite a while now.

However, recently I am facing a problem with the SMTP Service. After every few hours, the SMTP Service stops automatically. None of the
mailboxes can send or receive any emails till the services are restarted. This keeps happening every few hours.

I have installed the hotfixes, but the problem still persists.

Any pointers?

Hi,

Try upgrading to latest 1.9 standard beta to see if it fixes the problems:

I noticed the same thing on 1.6, it had to do with some windows updates...

I had a post on it earlier...

Updates were from February...
