IMAP Messages not delivered

Professional 10.37 running on Windows Server 2019. No errors showing in either Windows or Mailenable logs.

I have one IMAP user - there are messages showing in their account - but NOT showing up in their inbox - either with their Outlook program (has been functional up until Tuesday, 11-16) OR with Webmail. Scratching my head on this one - can anyone help?

Try and place a _change.dty file in the mailboxes "Inbox" folder. The _change.dty file is an empty text file that you can create using Windows Notepad. Save the file as _change.dty and copy to the inbox. When the user logs in it will force an index update and add any missing entries. Not sure why it was not indexed but if it happens again please lodge a support ticket for further assistance so we can gain access to the server and relevant log files.
