Activity monitor after update 10.41

Hi,

after updating to the new version 10.41 I can't start "activity monitor".
If I try to run this app nothing happens.

Is there a known issue here?

Here is sytem log for application:

Hi,

Do you have .Net 4 or later installed on the server? If not, can you try the to update the one in your Mail Enable\bin directory by downloading/extracting the following file?
