I have a user that had his password compromised by a spammer. I changed his password via the server Mailenable MMC. When he tries to use the new password I issued them via the webmail it asks for a verification code. Where do I get that code?

I figured this out. I guess the user was playing with two factor authentication and had turned that on. I couldn't see that via the Mailenable MMC on the server. I could see it when logging into the MEAdmin Page and was able to turn it off. Everything is ok, please disregard.
