Faulty SMTP / DKIM - 10.48 version

Hi guys

I have this issue with 10.48

So, today, out of nowhere, I started to get these weird messages on my SMTP service, which would immediately stop on most occasions, on others it just becomes unresponsive.

These are log entries from my SMTP debug file.

Could this be a bug in the DKIM module of Mailenable?

This is very inconvenient as my email server just hangs.

Do you have any AV installed on the server? Are you able to disable or exclude MailEnable temporarily to check whether this helps? One of the errors seems to be when reading/writing a message file, the other when just writing out a status file.

This happens to us as well on Enterprise. We have Trend Micro Apex One installed but as of this time it's disabled, yet we still get this issue.

Also OP, your messages won't send. They will be dropped from the Outbound SMTP queue. This is a huge issue because to your end users they will think their email sent just fine.

This same issue started popping up our servers yesterday. SMTP service seems to keep crashing with errors related to DKIM signing

This seems to have been fixed in release 10.49
