This server requires PTR

Many people sending email to my server has reoprted email bouncing with the following error

This server requires PTR for unauthenticated connections

Seems to do with the IP i use to host domains on share ip.

Or maybe a setting in ME?

Is that not a seeting in the SMTP properties ?

Seem to remember something about "Require PTR".

somehow PTR record checking was done from ME Pro 1.78 or 1.79. We had it enabled at 1.77 but never had any trouble.
