Hello,
it is the second time I noticed some domains simply dissapeared from DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICE.TAB files. All domain directory structure with all mails and passwords in AUTH.TAB was intact, but domain name dissapeared from above mentioned 2 files.
If I manually added the domain in these files, everything was back to normal.
Any idea how could domain dissapear?
Domain deleted from DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICE.TAB

The usual cause is contention where a control panel or third party application directly accesses these files without going through the MailEnable API. This article explains in more detail:
http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Ar ... D=me020424
Although, if it were deleted from both, then it would seem more plausable for it to be programatic error of a control panel (or something else responsible for editing the files). Normally if it were contention, it might be removed from one file, but not both.

It happened to me once before.
But then back before it had some background - my disk was full up to the last byte, and in DOMAIN.TAB and POSTOFFICES.TAb files random domains were missing.
But, as I said, it was closely related to lack of disk space.
This time it was not disk space.
As a control panel I am using HELM. I think it is working via API, and it is not directly modifying the files of ME.
