Win2003 - SMTP Connector fails without notice - Prof 2.32

Hello, please HELP !!
On our server, the SMTP Connector fails without notice (only entry in System Event:
Dienst "MailEnable SMTP Connector" wurde unerwartet beendet. Dies ist bereits 9 Mal passiert.

I am having this exact problem. MailEnable Ent 2.32 on Windows 2003. I had to set the SMTP service to restart automatically. I crashes at least once per hour.

There is nothing in the SMTP log. The transactions just stop. This is what my Event Viewer shows...

The MailEnable SMTP Connector service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

After it restarts, the logs start filling in again and everything runs smooth for a while.

This just started happening about 3 days ago, after the server has been running for several months without SMTP problems.

Have you folks looked on the ( Hotfix Page?

You may need to apply Hotfix ME-10015.

Hi Mike,
I looked also into this hotfix, but it is version !
The MESMTPC.exe with the release 2.32 is, so
I would suggest, that it covers the HotFix coming with
and it newer then that release.

I am having this exact issue. Has anyone come up with a solution?

We are using MailEnable Enterprise V2.32.

im using w2k3 also with me 2.32....i didnt experiece this isue...
did you all log report to ME support ?

i am sort of experiencing this.

my SMTP and POP connectors are stalling. they say they are running in the task manager, but they are not binding to the IP address and my Outlook client can not connect (none of my clients can connect). if we click send/receive we get the permission error.

i am having this issue on BOTH of my servers (one smarthosts to the other).

if i restart the services...
net stop mesmtpcs
net start mesmtpcs
the outlook client can connect again.
Server 2008 Standard (x64)
ME Ent 6.51 (SQL Server 2008 Config)
ASSP 1.9

I am having this exact issue, Hotfix dident helped.
