Hi,

When you say nothing happens, do you atleast get a window that opens?

Check to see if the following .dll is present within the MailEnable BIN folder: "MEAINFY.DLL". If not then try and re-install MailEnable to see if it resolves the problem and the .dll gets copied to the BIN folder.

Hi,

Ok, well as suggested try to re-install MailEnable ensuring you retain your existing configuration.

HI Ian,

Re-installed but still no joy, I do get a registry warning when installing, but this is only for remote management and shouldnt effect this.

Hi,

The developers have passed on further details for this issue. The reason why the .dll is not present and not allowing the inspection of the connections within the MEtray application is because the option is exclusive to the Enterprise MEtray application.
