Cannot add attachments to webmail

Post by Guest » Wed Apr 23, 2003 7:33 am

I am working away at the moment and tried to send files with attachments and its failing with the following error:

File save failed for the following reason: C:\Program Files\Mail Enable\POSTOFFICES\\MAILROOT\\Drafts\ is an invalid path.

We are using Professional 1.103.

Ever since installing the recet versions we have had quite a lot of problems, esp with the MMC failing.

Is there an issue with attachments in 1.103 which is fixed in the 22 April 2003 release?

If I do a backup and then uninstall, is there a clean up utility which will reset all of the registry so that I can install again from scratch?

Thanks

Aly

Just to add that the 24th April Update has resolved this and I can now add attachments once more.

Still cannot get the diagnose tool to work within the mmc. Works stand alone.
