I was wondering if there is a way to automatically duplicate and store all email coming in to the server. We have set up outlook so it does not delete off the server. This way we have a copy of every email for security reasons. Is there an easier way, considering that everyone and there dog knows how to change that back to the normal removal of messages off the server. Also is there a way to store all outgoing messages in a similar way? Any help would be much appreciated.
On a personnal note I am a big fan of the interface for the forum. Is this an in house developed site, or is this a package you can purchase from somewhere?

You could periodically backup the MAILROOT directory but some mails would probably get downloaded before they are backed up. I think the up and coming spam/filter addition would allow you to copy some/all mails to another backup mailbox ? As for the forum it's available here
