What version of MailEnable is being used? Has this always been an issue or has it only recently begun occuring?

We are not aware of this issue as being a problem with MailEnable as such. It could be that the ASP DLL is not correctly registered.

The following article could resolve the issue:

http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Ar ... D=me020350

Otherwise, you may need to log a technical support request via http://www.mailenable.com/support; since resolution may require access to the server to review the IIS environment.

I have reregistered asp.dll and see no change.

All other functionality of WebMail is working.

Other sites on the server experience no problems.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with version 1.7x.

When I click on the link to download the attachment (from the Webmail interface), I only get the GetAttachment.asp file, which is empty.

WebMail is running on a W2K/IIS5 box with URLscan enabled. Could this be the problem?

Thank you very much!

Bertrand
