Hi,
I would like to host the webmail for multiple domains, each with its own custom logo etc. I have tried creating another virtual directory and copy all the files under MEWebMail directory in IIS, but can not seem to make it to work. Please advise. Thanks.

The easiest way to do this is to duplicate the webmail directory in the Mail Enable\bin\ folder. Then create the mewebmail virtual directory in your site and point it to the duplicated folder (the size is less than 500k for the webmail directory). Then you can easily change the graphics for each site.
We will be adding an easier method of doing this in the future, but the above method I found is the fastest.
