So has any one installed the latest version? How is it running? What OS are you using?

I am using Win2k3. Upgraded from 1.2 and another from 1.3 (running Win2k).
Both restarted and no issues or problems to report.

Win2K Server SP4. Only problem I've had so far is the new requirment for a postmaster. not a good thing if you have a postoffice for only smart hosted domains and therefore it contains no mailboxes to point the postmaster to. The good folks at ME are working on a fix for this as we speak. On the positive side it seems very stable and has lots of cool new features.

In the 'Mail Enable\BIN' directory, run MEInstaller.exe and choose to re-register the mmc components.
