no External address is readable ??? Urgent.

Hello,

Anybody knows why i cannot send mail to any external address.

It used to work fine before, but after one day, the SMTP service stopped unexpectedly, i cannot send mail to anybody but to internal users (domain on my server) ???

The diagonose shows that all services are working successfully !!!

I appreciate if you can help.

What's the error you're getting?

Also check to make sure you DNS setting are correct, the SMTP may not be able to resolve names.
