SMTP Spam Problem

I use mailenable pro 8.55 on my windows server. Sometimes; because of viruses which is infected from one or more users computer is sending spam email. And therfore my others users also are effected and marked them as a spamlist. And getting hard to sending email. How can I resolve this problem?

Your first step is to download the latest version of MailEnable 8.61 from the link below and perform the upgrade to ensure you have all the latest fixes and security updates to the MailEnable core services.

If client machines are infected with viruses then you really need to instruct end users to run AV scans regularly and ensure that they are using reputable AV applications. Instructing the end users to use complex passwords is also recommended as spammers can easily guess a simple password. Your problems may not be related to infected client machines and just a case of a mailbox using a simple password where the spammer has guessed the password and is successfully authenticating and being granted relay rights.
