Bounces not coming back

Bounces not coming back

Hello guys,
We have ME 9.05 installed and we having problem with hard bounce notification. The message about bounce don't arrive to to send and for the email copy that i set it in Delivery tab of SMTP properties.
There's something else that i need to do?

Take a look in our config and our logs.

Hi,

Check the SMTP log files after the line: 03/28/16 14:07:40 ME-I0053: [F0278BF88695477991C5CE98CDF2167F.MAI] Message generated a recipient failure message to sender., to see if an NDR was sent to the nominated Gmail account. Search for the SMTP transaction for that Gmail recipient address in the SMTP activity log files.

Hi Ian, thanks for you reply!

I checked in DEBUG, ACTIVITY and others logs and i didn't found nothing about my global email configured in NDR copy field.

Any suggestion about anything else that i can check?
