hi,
I have a question about the "myfiles" folder in webmail. in testing, I uploaded several files. some where pictures and others documents. only 1 document shows in the "myfiles" folder, but in disk usage it shows the correct amount used for the files I uploaded. why are some files showing but some aren't? how do I clear out the files if I can't see them?

Re: webmail myfiles folder
Hi,
Can you provide more detail in regards to the document file you uploaded and the type of file extension. What version of MailEnable Professional are you referring to?
You can clear out the mailboxes myfiles by navigating on the server within the MailEnable installation path to: Mail Enable\Postoffices\(postofficename)\FILEROOT\(mailboxname) and deleting the contents in the folder. When you access myfiles folder again it will rebuild the index.xml file.
