After upgrade to 9.11

We are't able to open a message from the list message (Choose a message, click right mouse button , click on open) (see in the attach the error)

What I need to do ?

I can report the same behavior after upgrading to 9.11. I am on enterprise.

Please address. Should we downgrade?

A new 9.11 version? The actual 9.11 is the OLD 9.11 with the bug corrected? Why not a 9.12?

Hi,

For anyone experiencing problems after upgrading to 9.11 then please download the 9.11 installation file again and upgrade as the first release of the 9.11 kit contained a problem which was later updated with a revised version.
