Geo IP incorrect location

We are using MailEnable Pro 9.0 and Geo IP restriction is set in Auth Policies at postoffice level.

However, we have found the locations information is incorrect for certain ip addresses (from the audit log) and so some users could not login to webmail. I would like to know if I can whitelist any ip address so that such users can login to webmail using the whitelisted ip addresses while I do not need to allow the "incorrect" locations (of those ip addresses) in the settings.
