Duplicate Emails

I have the latest registered version of MailEnable Professional. Each morning we send an email to subscribers with today's weather and current traffic in Chicago. The list is created so that there are no duplicates in the list and sent via SMTP using Asp.Net code.

Since we upgraded to professional from standard, there are several subscribers (including me) that have been receiving 2 messages each morning. I am using both an Android phone with Gmail and a PCC with Outlook (no messages left on server). I have searched the forum, but the other posts regarding duplicates don't seem to apply.

Any suggestions as to where to start looking to stop the duplicate messages?
