Sorry for my English.

I have a domain with 55 accounts (80 accounts assigned to the domain) and access it from Office Outlook (2013 and 2016), fails.
I checked password several times, deleted the account and created again.
I think another different account, but still gives access error.
If you try another domain with 7 accounts, the same setup works correctramente in both versions.
Through website works perfectly.

What can it be?

Hi,

Firstly in the problematic domain where the users fail to connect via Outlook can you specify how they connect to the server? Are they connecting via IMAP, POP? Also that exact version number are you running of MailEnable Professional? Depending how they connect you would need to inspect the IMAP log files or the POP log files to see why the connection it fails. Sounds like they are failing authentication. The log files will report if this is the case. What does Outlook produce when it fails? What errors?

I am currently working with version 9.50 (discharged yesterday), but with the previous 9.18 was the same.
I tried it with POP and IMAP.
In the POP and SMTP configuration and single domain mail.dominio
That gives me the error Outlook is: "-ERR Login failed" but I access via website without problems.

I send a private with username and password if you can perform the test.
