Inbox does not display in WebMail - URGENT
Using Enterprise Version 9.5.1 and just recently all post offices are unable to display the inbox and associated folders usually seen under the "Mailbox - (mailbox name)" icon after clicking the "expand" triangle. All other ME access actions appear fine, including POP3 and Mobile Version. I have restarted all ME services, and even added a _change.dty flag file into one account with no results. No recent configuration changes known. However all customers that use WebMail are unable to read their mail.

upleveled to 9.75 and the problem disappeared.
Can anybody explain why this issue has suddenly appeared in the last few weeks?
