Email deleting if connection breaks

On 9.75 it appears that if a POP connection breaks during a mass download, then the downloaded email is then instructed to delete.

Hi,

The client issues the commands to the POP service. There is no functionality in the POP service to issue DELE commands automatically. Therefore the client is doing this.
