Any new mailbox created will not work

suddenly, any new mailbox that I create seems to setup correctly, when I test it I get a 550. I am using version 7.6 on 2003 server.
This is happening with domains that I have already setup and new domains added. All the mailboxes that are currently setup work.

Hi,

Check the mailbox properties and navigate to the "Addresses" tab and ensure there is a mapped email address for the mailbox.
