Hi,
The error "Could not create folder. Error: (3)" means "Path not Found". Does the root path exist? What's the name of the folder your creating? Are you able to directly create the same folder within the mailbox folder path on the MailEnable server? Can you post up the exact CREATE line you see in the IMAP log files with the error 3?
