E-mails in Inbox

Hi All!

I have one user that can't find specific e-mails into its Inbox folder.

On the server I have this log:

11/06/17 11:16:33 # [9FE9FA5AA07040AEBB4E4373EC3BF8E1.MAI] Delivered message from [SMTP:prvs=84837371c1=registrazione@telepass.it] to PO=ilclube.it MBX=lella_morelli FLD=\Inbox
11/08/17 15:19:58 # [1AA8025A4C384CC6B796AD086D06AF13.MAI] Delivered message from [SMTP:prvs=048552e5e9=noreply@telepass.it] to PO=ilclube.it MBX=lella_morelli FLD=\Inbox
11/08/17 15:19:58 # [37CB75791AA04CA08DBB42CEDE8DCFE1.MAI] Delivered message from [SMTP:prvs=8485f53665=registrazione@telepass.it] to PO=ilclube.it MBX=lella_morelli FLD=\Inbox

If I am right the mails were delivered into Inbox folder of the user, but I can't find those e-mails into the Inbox folder.
How I can investigate this?

Hi,

Navigate within the MailEnable installation path on the server to: Mail Enable\Psotoffices\ilclube.it\MAILROOT\lella_morelli\inbox. Do you see the following .MAI files listed:

9FE9FA5AA07040AEBB4E4373EC3BF8E1.MAI
1AA8025A4C384CC6B796AD086D06AF13.MAI
37CB75791AA04CA08DBB42CEDE8DCFE1.MAI

I don't have the files in that folder or in any other folders.

So, I don't have the files in any folder of the directories of the program.
Have my mails gone missing?
