Web Mail Windows 10

In Windows 10 when you put in the URL in web mail on internet explorer 11 you get a message this page can not be displayed. If you put in the ip address it works fine. Or if you add the url to the compatibility list it also works. What gives there? Most cell phone have no way to add to compatibility list. This is using mailenable pro version 9

I was just looking at this in more detail and it looks as though you have to put the http:// in front of the url name for it to go to the web mail. Any one have any ideas out there? Could this be a dns issue or Could it be an IIs issue?


I was thinking maybe I need to add a mail.mydomain.com = my ip address to the dns server.
