ClamAV detects a virus but does not remove it

Hi!
I'm new to MailEnable and new to this forum so I do apologize if this is already answered somewhere else.

I installed ME 10 Professional and everything works properly (as far as I could test it) but when I tested AV protection with eicar.com and eicar.zip system did not remove the attachment.

This is my MEAVGEN report:

Any idea what should I do to have virus removed?

Hi,

You need to create a message content filter for "Where the message contains a virus" and add the relevant actions to the filter.
