This has been occuring since a week or two now, almost on a daily basis. For two mailboxes (in the same postoffice), the mailbox index file (_index.xml) is being rebuilt automatically. For the user this results in their mailbox being empty, and after a while mails start coming in again and all mails are marked as Unread. The mailboxes are connected through IMAP.
When I check on the filesystem, I see a newly created _index.xml.bak and _index.xml file. I don't see any irregularities in the MailEnable or Windows event logs.
I don't have a clue how to solve this, so any help is appreciated.
