Recently, I had a user complaining they were not receiving email from a specific outside address. I went ahead and did a lot of poking around, and finally found the message in a junk folder that only appears on the webmail page. These emails are not accessible outside of the webmail page.
Is there any way to forward that mail on? I currently have have magic spam operating and injecting a special phrase in the subject line (with a filter setup to intercept those messages), however, not all of the messages in the junk folder are being flagged as spam by magic spam.
Here is the folder in question:
Any help is appreciated!
WebMail Junk Folder
Re: WebMail Junk Folder
Just an update as I continue my research and troubleshooting.
I went ahead and turned off the "deliver to junk mail folder" on MagicSpam, so now more of these messages are coming through to my inbox (with custom subject text injected by MagicSpam), but still not all of them.
