Hello,
we have this case, on all messages that is sent to an hotmail account, the person never receive the mail.
all the clients that we have under mail enable have this situation.
we use MailEnable Version 9.7 PRO
hou can anyone help us?

Hi,
You need to start by inspecting the SMTP activity and debug log files in respect to the date/time and sender/recipient details of the message to see if there were problems with the SMTP transaction with the Hotmail server. You can also use the "Track Message" utility located in the administration console under: Servers > Localhost > System > Diagnose > Track Message.
