track messages

Hello,

i can´t track messages sent from mail enable, when using activeSync accout
i need to see when the message is delivery to wich server, and i the log say it don´t have any registration from the person.
this happens only from sender.

what need to change to have this ?

Hi,

Which log file are you inspecting to check for the sent message? You need to inspect the SMTP activity and debug log file. You might also want to enable the ActiveSync logging and then check the logs for the device to see if there are problems when the request for the "SendMail" command.
