DNS url blacklisting itself is working. I received an email with a link to www.swflalaw.com and the email was blocked as it should have been since that site's ip address is on 2 blacklists:
https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?ac ... n=toolpage
07/23/18 16:48:09 Message 4E9377353A13443B94D1A4F55D649C2A.MAI has link to blacklisted IP. www.swflalaw.com (64.90.42.84) was found in blacklist Barracuda Reputation Block List
07/23/18 16:48:09 ME-F0xxx: [4E9377353A13443B94D1A4F55D649C2A.MAI] Inbound message detected as spam and deleted.
07/23/18 16:48:09 ME-I0070: (recv) socket [1200] was gracefully closed during [QUIT] command by the remote client 209.85.221.46.
However since the email was actually legit and important we have decided that instead of blocking emails like this we want to instead replace the links. So I changed that option in the SMTP DNS Blacklisting tab. I made sure enable URL blacklisting is checked, and the drop down action is "replace the link". I've restarted the smtp service a few times but the email comes through with the original links still in place. The email is detected as having a blacklisted url in it.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Re: DNS URL Blacklisting - not replacing URL
Hi,
Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket and provide a copy of the example email so we can inspect and emulate on our end. You can download the raw message by logging into the web mail client and right clicking on the message and selecting "Download Source". Attach the .mai file to your ticket.
