Recipient address rejected: Access denied prod.protection.outlook.com

Post by tomy300 »

Hi

It's pretty urgent situation..

I got mailenable pro, evaluation, will probaly buy it if I can make thing work..

I received email bounce back to email.

reason: 550 5.4.1 [a.montanaro@bollore.com]: Recipient address rejected: Access denied [AM5EUR02FT018.eop-EUR02.prod.protection.outlook.com])

it seem that everytime I send email to Microsoft Exchange I got this email back.

I also have an issue , I have share email shipping@camionair.com with multiple email client.

when I send email to shipping. if one of the user got the email first, the other don't receive it. event if I tic "leave message to the server"

I just don't know what's wrong.... I need to findout... my customer compagny belong to their emails.

If I can't find a fix tonight I'm dead. If I found I will buy the pro version.

I own my server at home with commercial internet line with static ip
windows server 2016 24 gig ram

thanks... for your precious help.

Also got issue with webmail..

I can go the login screen , Unknown or Disabled User!

I have read the post https://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/a ... D=ME020182

1- the login and pass is correct
2- the account is not disable since I read email from outlook client directly
2- permission on C:\Program Files\Mail Enable\CONFIG is correcly set to IME_ADMIN

Maybe the problem is related to my first problem.

the thing I'm not sure,

I got mailenable standard on my server and I use google dns as dns service, I use cloudflare also for the MX mail.

thanks.
