Message Headers

Post by willdashwood » Wed Oct 23, 2019 12:34 pm

With EXIM on cPanel, we get specific information in the headers of all emails sent with regards to the username/script used to authenticate. For example:

X-PHP-Script: for
X-PHP-Originating-Script: 1549:class.phpmailer.php
X-AuthUser: username
X-AntiAbuse: This header was added to track abuse, please include it with any abuse report
X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname -
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain -
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [1549 992] / [47 12]
X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain -
X-Get-Message-Sender-Via: authenticated_id: username/from_h

I have seen this old post from 2001 - - but I wonder if things have moved on since then? We're using MailEnable Professional 10.28.
