HI,
We are using mailenable Prof. ver 9.83 and are not able to create/configure imap email ID in Outlook 2010.
1. If I use encryption method 'None' with i/c port 143 it throws error after long time " Something went wrong and outlook coudn't set up your account. Please try again. If problem persists contact your email admin"
2. If I use encryption method 'SSL/TLS' with i/c port 993 it says "we cant connect to incoming (IMAP) server using specified encryption method. Please check the incoming IMAP settings and try again."

Hi,
Try and get non secure port for IMAP (143) working first. Are you able to telnet to the servers IP address on port 143 from a remote client machine? If you are unable to connect via a telnet session then the problem will be a firewall blocking in the inbound connection o that port.
