User gets mailbox unavailble/disabled

I have a user, our heaviest and most important user whe gets his mailbox unavailable/disabled (if trying to logon with webmail, it says unknown/disabled user though the mailbox exists. Resetting server fixes the problem. Any idea what is the issue?

I also have many users with 4 alias email addresses (the same 1 repeated 4 times). Is there a fix for this?
